To conclude this adventure in learning, an interactive exercise demonstrates the value of the information provided during this workshop. Recourses and motivational activities are identified. Participants take back with them a new appreciation and understanding of the benefits and rewards of being a mentor as well as a mentee. The difference between mentoring and outreach is also covered.
